Jordan Ryan Bailey is an emerging Music executive and Producer from Philadelphia, PA. While attending Howard, Jordan began his career through working as the Marketing and Media Assistant (followed by being the Manager) for Howard University Homecoming in 2013 and 2014, working with Missy Elliott, Yandy Smith, Sharaya J and Snootie Wild. He would go on to help lead the guerrilla marketing campaign for the 2015 Trillectro Festival that featured Chance the Rapper, Kehlani and D.R.A.M.
Jordan later became an Assistant Manager/A&R for Grammy Award winning artist Guordan Banks, Bernard Parker and Brent Celek within the indie label Bank On It Entertainment. He also served as an Assistant Tour and Road Manager for Guordan on "The Definition Of" Tour headlined by Fantasia. Jordan would soon become an Executive Coordinator within the label, managing the labels' day to day business, streaming campaigns and creative direction surrounding songs such as "Two Wrongs" by Meek Mill featuring Guordan and Pusha T, the #1 Billboard hit "Keep You In Mind", "Hug" featuring Omari Hardwick, and Spotify Singles campaign, which was recognized by Michelle Obama on her Forever Mine playlist on Spotify. Jordan later earned co-writing credits on Banks single “Wanna Be Yours” which was produced by Grammy Award winning My Guy Mars of 1500 or Nothin’ and distributed by Capitol/Caroline Records. Jordan has worked with stars such as Pink, Latto, Wale, and Jacob Latimore, as well as working with brands that include Youtube, Adidas, Samsung and Under Armour.
Inspired from a conversation during a studio session with Rodney "Darkchild" Jenkins, Jordan uses his company to give artists and brands a platform to Be Golden. He defines being golden as a mentality that allows one to discover their light, shine brilliantly, then teach others how to do the same.
